At [New Key Chain], we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward for your convenience.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Personalized items, perishable goods, and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.

No: Keychain exchanges are not offered.
